My Daily Skin Care Routine

Hey guys, I'm back with another skincare blog. This is what I do for my skin.

I have oily-combination/acne prone skin, although I don't get much acne.
I usually start off by washing my face with a cleanser,  I'm currently using Neutrogena's Oil-Free Acne Wash Daily Scrub. Then I pat my face dry with a towel and moisturize. After doing so I put on sunscreen, if I am going to spend some time outside. Lastly if needed, I do spot treatment. I am using

Daily Clear Tinted Acne Treatment Cream.

Skin Care Tips and Routine Suggestions

Skincare For Adults and Teens

Adults:
Adult skin is very different from teenage skin and I'm not here to explain that. (It'll be explained in a future post) The collagen has reduced and resulted in the loss of elasticity.
So tip?
Massage your face daily but gently too. Do this by rubbing your face with clean hands in circular upward motion to increase circulation and increase cell regrowth and give the skin a lifted effect.
What do I suggest as your routine?
1. Wash your face twice a day.
For Morning- Use a gentle cleanser depending on your skin type. Avoid foundation, try using BB or CC cream since those are build able most of the time. Concealer should only be used to brighten the under eye area and visible from distance blemishes. Eye make-up should be natural and minimal. (Same for blusher, highlighter, and bronzer) Use tinted lip balms or lip stain.
For Night- Clean off all make-up with an oil based make-up remover. Wash face off with cleanser and use make-up wipes to remove any residue of make-up. Use night cream if needed and apply blemish cream.
(Remember to exfoliate or use mask weekly use toner if needed)
For Teens:
For Morning- Cleans with cleanser in correspondence to skin type. Try not to use make-up, if using I recommend just mascara, and tinted moisturizer. Use a toner if needed.
For Night- Wash face and remove all traces of make-up, moisturize morning and night.
(Only exfoliate once a week and use a mask if needed every two-three weeks)

If you have acne, use a spot treatment, exfoliate every three days and use a moisturizer. NO MAKE-UP! Eat healthy foods and don't touch your face unless washing it.

My Blog Revamped and My Return

Hey guys it's been forever and I mean it. I can't believe it's been 5 years since. I last posted here. I have deleted my old posts since they were pointless and redesigned the whole layout.
I hope to blog more soon! Thanks for coming.
